Here we help people live a full life working through posture, pain & pelvic floor issues with our programmes designed to suit the individual. We are a boutique studio specialising in one on one clientele.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 32 years & began my Pilates journey in 2004. Having been diagnosed with Lymes disease, a pain syndrome in 2010, my passion has turned to posture & pain.

Being a mum of 3 adult children, I understand the need to keep your body & core strong/flexible with the pelvic floor being part of the deep core muscle group.

I now incorporate the Emsella into my studio. A non-invasive/painless treatment, a breakthrough for female/male incontinence & sexual health.
